Detached four bedroom family home set in a popular area of Hythe close to the town centre. This home is a gardeners dream with its sunny rear garden. The house is a great size and has a fantastic kitchen/diner which is really the heart of any family home. The main living room has patio doors out into the fabulous garden. In addition there is a further reception room to the front and a separate utility room with separate WC to complete the ground floor living space. Upstairs the good size master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, also there are three further good size bedrooms and a family shower room. What is obvious upon entering this home is the feel of space. Out front is a driveway and access to the garage which is maybe a bit small to fit a car but does make a great store room. EPC grade E.

Location

History and tranquility combine to make Hythe one of Kent's most attractive seaside towns. Hythe is a small coastal market town on the edge of Romney Marsh, in the District of Shepway on the south coast of Kent. The town has medieval and Georgian buildings, as well as a Saxon/Norman Church on the hill and a seafront promenade. With the Royal Military Canal running through the centre of Hythe the surrounding area is suitable for a variety of outdoor activities. The town offers a range of pubs and restaurants and South Road offers access to a large playing field and the local swimming pool. Transport links to London via trains are from Sandling or Folkestone West train stations, the M20 motorway provides links to the remainder of Kent and the Euro Tunnel in Cheriton offers a connection to France. Hythe is the northern terminus of the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway, running third-scale steam and diesel locomotives. The track runs parallel to coast through Dymchurch and New Romney to Dungeness. Local places of interest include Brockhill Country Park, Port Lympne Wild Animal Park and Woodchurch Rare Breeds Centre.

This family home is in an ideal position with Hythe centre and the endless walks offered by the royal military canal. The home is a fabulous size and has a truly fantastic garden. There is enough space for any family with four good size bedrooms, two bathrooms, two reception rooms and a great kitchen diner.
