"If you are looking for a home where you can literally walk in and unpack, then this could be the one for you. The current owners have spent a lot of time, money and effort to make this their home and it is a true credit to them.

The wow factor starts the minute you step into the bright open plan lounge / diner, which is perfect for those family gatherings. A lot of thought has been put into the kitchen extension; as light was very important to the owners they have made a lovely feature by vaulting the ceiling and fitting two skylights, they have also fitted the kitchen with high spec appliances. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a re-fitted bathroom. The bedroom to the front has far reaching sea views.

The garage has been converted to give an additional double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. However you don’t need to worry about loosing the garage as the owners have designed a very clever carport, which incorporates a great storage area.

The rear garden has a large selection of mature plants, enough to make Alan Titchmarsh proud, and at the top point there are the most amazing views across Hythe Bay to Dungeness. To the front there is off road parking for two cars.

Mark has asked us what have we done to our home, but I think it would probably have been easier to have asked ‘what haven’t we done!’ Light is very important to us, so when we had the windows replaced we had some enlarged and some moved, which has now given our home a very bright and airy feel.

We love the area that much that we hope to buy a detached house four doors away. We hope you love the location and our home as much as we do and we look forward to showing you round what could be your new home.
