"It’s not very often we get detached bungalows as nice as this one.

The wow factor starts when you step into the hallway; you glance to your right and you see the beautifully re-fitted shower room and the double aspect master bedroom. The lounge is also a good size, with views over the open playing fields. Now for the conservatory, well this really is the ace up the sleeve of this bungalow, measuring 23’ x 13’ max; no expense has been spared with the conservatory. You can imagine sitting having lunch on a warm summer’s day looking out at the beautiful landscaped gardens.

The kitchen is perfect for any family, as there is space for a dining room table and chairs. Whilst preparing your evening meal you can watch over your children doing their homework.

To the outside of the property; to the front there is a large lawned area with established flowerbeds and the rear garden has been landscaped with low maintenance in mind. There is a gate with access to the single detached garage.

Hythe offers many modern conveniences, including Waitrose, Sainsburys and Aldi. The M20 motorway can easily be accessed by car, offering links to Eurotunnel, the port of Dover, Ashford mainline & London.

I had been searching for a bungalow for many months and it had been difficult, as I wanted somewhere that didn’t need any updating or work. So with what I found in Nightingale Avenue, all my prayers were answered.

It’s only a 5 minute drive into Hythe or a 2 minute drive to the local shop. I’m only moving because I want to be able to spend more time with my grandchildren. I will miss this home dearly and even more so as my neighbours have all become very dear friends.
