"If you are after a family friendly area then Martello Drive is the home for you, as it offers the new owners a safe haven to bring up their children. We all know at times you need your own space and this is where this home comes into its element, Not only do you have a large open plan living / dining room, but there is an additional family room which could be dedicated to the children.

Now we all know that getting ready in the morning with a family can be quite stressful. This is where this home has an ace up its sleeve; not only is there a re-fitted bathroom upstairs, on the ground floor there is the additional benefit of a wet room. The wonderful re-fitted kitchen would make any budding Jamie Oliver smile. Upstairs there are 2 good sized double bedrooms and a large single bedroom.

Outside the driveway provides off road parking, to one side there is a small garden and this property has the added benefit of a garage. The rear garden is not particularly large, however is has been perfect for this family and has enabled them to have more quality time together.

Hythe is a short drive away and has excellent selection of independent shops to include a Waitrose supermarket and there is a new Sainsburys due to open in spring 2011.

If we had to name one thing that made us buy this home, it would be the immense amount of space available on the ground floor. We couldn’t believe that it had a 24ft living room and then the extension on the back gave us another room, which has been very handy either as a dining room, study area or playroom for our children. We have re-fitted the kitchen and the bathroom and had the house re-wired, as this was pointed out in our survey report, so hold paperwork and appropriate certificates.

One very important factor of buying a home was the local schools, this was made easy by the excellent reputation that Palmarsh School has.
