"This three bed family home is tucked away on a quiet development in popular Lympne and has been renovated, since new, to a high standard and more recently redecorated throughout. The modern fitted kitchen has tiled flooring with underfloor heating and integrated Bosch appliances including dishwasher, double oven, gas hob and fridge/freezer. There is a wall-mounted gas boiler and there is space for a breakfast table and chairs and also a door to the side access. The garage has been part converted into a good size room which is currently used as a study/utility room with built in storage compartments housing the washing machine, tumble dryer and additional freezer. This room, which also has a door to the side access, makes a perfect work from home space but could alternatively be used as a reception or family room. The living/dining room has space for a dining table and chairs and has patio doors leading out to the rear garden. To the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both with built in wardrobes, and one single. The main bedroom has fitted sliding wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. The family bathroom has tiled flooring, a walk in shower cubicle and heated towel rail. The first floor landing has an airing cupboard which houses the hot water tank and also provides access to the loft which has a pull down ladder, power, lighting and is boarded for storage.
