"This amazing home is set within large gardens and screened by tall trees, creating a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of daily life, whilst being only a leisurely stroll from the town centre and pretty canal side or countryside walks to Lympne.

The accommodation is incredibly flexible and can be used in many different ways. If you are looking for a large family home this house has lots of space inside and out, giving your kids plenty of room to let off steam after school. There is a large open plan sitting / dining room with French doors that open onto a decked patio, which is a godsend during those warm summer days. You and your guests can spill from the dining room onto the patio and relax with a glass of wine in hand. The 2nd lounge also opens out to the garden and is a great place for the kids to play with their games consoles. There is an excellent utility room with plenty of space to dry your clothes during the winter months, so the rest of your home will not feel cluttered.

If you are looking for a home with an annexe, the main part of the house could be easily divided between the kitchen and utility room, leaving you with a three bedroom home and a generous two bedroom annexe with a larger lounge than you will see in a lot of other properties with these facilities.

Come and see for yourself what this home has to offer and how it would suit your family. Simply pick up the phone and arrange a viewing.

What the Owner says:

We bought this home 15 years ago with a young family and it had a lot of space to offer us. We were also pleased by how close to town it was.

With our family growing, we decided to extend in 2002 to include two further bedrooms, a large utility room and a separate lounge for the kids.

We love the decked area off the dining room, as during the summer this becomes another room for us; we throw open the patio doors and spend a lot of our time outside.

We feel our home would suit any family, especially those with teenage children or people looking for an annexe.
