"**Price Guide n++400,000-440,000** This property is based in Hythe, a small coastal market town on the edge of Romney Marsh, on the south coast of Kent. The town has medieval and Georgian buildings, as well as a Saxon/Norman church on the hill and a Victorian seafront promenade. Hythe was once defended by two castles, Saltwood and Lympne. The Town Hall, a former Guildhall, was built in 1794; its fireplace designed by the Adam Brothers and still stands today. Located close to the sea front you're only a short walk to the beach, you can sometimes smell that sea air from your front door. As you approach this property you will notice that the few houses on this road are all different styles, as they have been built privately. This particular property was bought by its current owners and within a minute of them seeing it they had placed an offer to secure it for themselves. So much hard work and creative thinking has been put into this home since the current owners purchased it, as they both knew it had the potential to make it a brilliant home and practical for a family. Pulling up onto the drive you'll not be short of any parking room as there is enough parking for up to eight cars, depending on the size of the vehicles. The front of the house is lovely and quiet due to it being in a cul-de-sac road. As you step through the front door into the kitchen the first thing you will notice is the modern style units with an incredible amount of work top space, a great help when you're trying to follow a Delia Smith recipe. The kitchen also holds a dining table in the centre of the room, which is handy when you're preparing for a small family meal or entertaining guests. Linked with the kitchen is the main sitting room, as you enter you'll be blown away by the size of this room and the amount of natural light it gets from large, south-west facing, windows. The living room has been decorated in a fresh white with wood flooring and a circler contemporary wood burning stove. Next door to the living room is the dining room which homes a large table and double doors that open out to the garden. The other side to the living room is the summer room, which is currently being used as a playroom and seating area, towards the rear of this is a study room and added in downstairs W/C. As you walk up from the stairs in the living room you'll arrive to a large landing at the top of the stairs, which has room for a book shelf or dresser. The first bedroom you'll come across is the fifth bedroom, facing out to the front of the house, this room could make a great area for a study or somewhere to sit the children down so they can attempt to finish all over due homework. Next to this is the family bathroom which is made up of a bath with a shower over it, a wash basin and a W/C. Bedroom two has the 'wow' factor, as when you walk into this room your be taken back by the size. It is a whooping 17'x13' that is currently used as a guest room, and what a privilege it would be to get a room like this when staying over. You'll think it will be hard to top bedroom two but you'd be wrong as the master bedroom is absolutely brilliant. It comes with two double built in wardrobes and has brilliant view that looks out over the back garden and countryside views. The en-suite is also located in the master bedroom which helps when you are trying to miss the morning rush in the family bathroom. The en-suite comes with a fitted shower tray, basin and W/C. Bedroom four is located opposite the master bedroom; it has plenty of space for a double bed. The last bedroom is number three; this has views of the rear garden and countryside as well as built in wardrobes with room for a double bed. When stepping out to this south-west facing garden you will be delighted by its size. It is a very wide garden, currently split into different areas, one part set as a seating area and a children's play area with room for a trampoline, whilst the other part is used as a vegetable garden. The garden is not over looked as it has no other houses to the rear of this garden which makes it nice and peaceful on those summer days. The garage which is located towards the front of the house is a double garage with power and lighting, plus when the winter hits it makes good use for chopped wood when the log burner needs to be used. Ground floor Front Garden The front of the property has a large area for off road parking that will fit up to eight cars, dependent on size. It comes complete with a range cooker, which helps when cooking those large Sunday lunches. It's a great size to house large furniture and comes with lovely views looking out the front of the house Bedroom One 15'1"x9'6" opening up to 16'9" (4.60m x 2.90m) A master bedroom that looks and feels the part; this room has plenty of space for a large bed and it comes with stylish fitted wardrobes that most shopaholics would struggle to fill.
