"If modern living is your idea of heaven then you will need to come and see this home. On entering the hallway for the first time you definitely get a feel for the space that this home offers and you can see why this hallway impressed the current owners.

The bright and spacious sitting room is extremely private, very quiet and has the most amazing views over Hythe. We all dream of having a view so you won’t be disappointed with bedrooms 1 and 2 as they look out across Hythe bay to Dungeness.

The kitchen definitely has the wow factor with all the modern conveniences that any master chef could wish for. The impeccable attention to detail sold this kitchen to me, so I think that you will also be very impressed and I look forward to seeing your reaction.

The current owners wanted to create a bathroom to be proud of so they re-designed the layout upstairs. They have combined the en-suite bathroom and the family bathroom to create what is now one of the best bathrooms I have seen this year. Having so much space to play with they have added a large walk-in shower cubicle with contemporary fittings, a free standing bath and a contemporary basin.

Outside there is a small low maintenance garden to the front and the back garden is perfect for barbeques, as it catches the sun at the end of the day.

We fell in love with this house the minute we walked through the door and saw the large hallway. We had seen many houses where the hallway was so small that you would have to usher guests into other rooms, but with this one there is enough space to welcome them.

We were both wowed by the amazing views and one thing that we will definitely miss is the seclusion and privacy that this house offers. Many people can’t find us as we are tucked out of the way and that is where this house is totally unique.
