"This is one of those rare properties that really stands out from the crowd. You can tell how well it has been cared for just by looking at the outside. In particular the gardens are beautifully kept and the house enjoys a fantastic outlook across a green.

The back garden is like a peaceful haven and it has a summerhouse and another outbuilding that doubles as a shed and a utility area.

Inside there are 3 really good sized bedrooms and a very well presented living room. There is a ground floor shower room and the whole house has a modern and welcoming feeling throughout.

The location is incredibly convenient for a whole host of amenities. These include a popular local school, superb access for the motorway network and you can even walk to Bluewater in less than 15 minutes. Commuters can choose from 3 train stations either at Greenhithe, Stone Crossing and there is also the amazing new Ebbsfleet International Station nearby that can speed passengers into London in 17 minutes or over to Paris in around 2 hours.

There is also a handy Co-op store which is only a short walk away and as well as the green in front of the house there is a recreation ground within 3 minutes walk which is accessed without crossing any roads.

This has been a great place to live and we have stayed for over 30 years. The location is very handy for anyone looking to commute, or if like us you need to use the motorways you can access the whole network very quickly. The Dartford Crossing is only 5 minutes away and the A2/M2 is a similar distance. We particularly like the fact that our grandchildren can play out on the green in front of the house and if they want to go to the recreation ground round the corner they do not even need to cross a main road. We have fantastic neighbours and the community as a whole is very friendly.
