Mark really liked the fact that in under an hour he could be enjoying a cup of coffee at his desk at work as Greenhithe train station is within reasonable walking distance.

There are a number of key features that attracted me to the area and I was amazed by the size of the living space and how the open plan conservatory brings so much light into the house.

Also having the garage and the car port was a god send as a lot of new developments have restricted parking, offering only 1 car space per household. Having 2 en-suite and a family bathroom means no more queuing up in the morning!
