"When Richard and Vanessa first viewed this property they were amazed of the space it had to offer. The bedrooms were of a good size and the spacious kitchen with the dining room next to it was perfect, they felt, for entertaining friends and family.

The condition, however, left a lot to be desired but, thankfully, they saw its potential and, since moving in 4 years ago, they haven't stopped. Inside and out the property has been transformed into a spacious and comfortable family home. From the stylish bathroom to the cosy lounge, with its feature fireplace and, not forgetting the sunny rear garden, which is now an ideal place for summer barbecues with its well positioned decking area as well as a playing area for the kids to let off steam.

Ideal for commuters as it is central for Gravesend and the A2 is within a few minutes drive.

As soon as we walked in we knew that, despite the amount of tender loving care it required, we could transform this house into a lovely family home.

Since moving in we have installed a new bathroom, remodelled the kitchen, redecorated throughout and have completely transformed the gardens and, in recent months, we have also laid new carpets.

This is such a nice, quiet location which is ideal for commuters as Gravesend railway station is easily accessible by bus or is only a 20 minute walk away.
