"When entering the property, instantly it had a homely feel. I could tell that the current owners had put a lot of time and effort into renovating the property, keeping to neutral colours throughout.
The property benefits from having a modern downstairs bathroom, a spacious lounge, modern fitted kitchen/diner to rear, with all appliances negotiable, overlooking the landscaped garden.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which is big enough to create an en-suite shower/WC. The property has ample storage, double glazed windows throughout and a new gas central heating system.
Externally, there is a well kept front garden and to the rear there is a landscaped garden, mainly laid to lawn with decking and vegetable patch, ideal for growing salad and tomatoes to accompany your barbecue on a lovely summers evening.
The property is situated just over a mile from Gravesend town centre, ideal for local shops and amenities, eating out in some of the highly regarded restaurants or for the high speed railway service reaching London within 23 minutes. There are regular buses for Gravesend and Bluewater shopping centre and the A2/M2 is only a five minute drive away via Valley Drive.
The property has been refurbished throughout to a high standard, ideal for a growing family on a small budget requiring spacious living accommodation, ready for you to collect your belongings and move in.

What the Owner says:

We brought this property four years ago and have fully renovated it inside and out, being sympathetic with both colours and features. It is a very spacious house with lots of potential for improvement. It has a great kitchen/diner which is warm and inviting and which we have used extensively for entertaining.

We have friendly neighbours on both sides and the house benefits from being away from the main roads.

There is a full size garage in the back garden, being used for storage at the present time, but could be linked to the rear access for car storage, as investigated by the previous owner but not been pursued by us.
