"Perfect for people on the go! Everything you need is on your doorstep, pub, clubs, restaurants and shops, in fact all that Gravesend has to offer.

It has a peaceful, more serene side too, a private courtyard garden which the current owners have made a blaze of bright colours and calming plants whilst opposite is the local sports ground. What a way to wake up on a Sunday morning - the melodic tune of the birds tweeting and the sound of leather against willow as the cricket match begins.

The house itself has a character feel throughout, especially the lounge/diner with its solid oak floor and impressive feature fireplace.

We fell in love with this house initially due to its location. We can walk to the station and town centre within a few minutes which is ideal for commuters as the train station offers a high speed rail link to central London.

Since moving in four years ago, we realise what a nice, comfortable home we have. We hope that the next owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
