"Built in 1906 this enormous Edwardian detached home offers large and versatile accommodation. With two reception rooms, a kitchen/breakfast and a sun room there`s plenty of room to use this house in the way that suits your family best. Keep the formal dining room for dinner parties or use the table in the kitchen breakfast room and have a playroom for the kids or second reception room for the other half to watch his sports! But keeping the Sun Room is an absolute must; constructed predominately from glass with a huge window overlooking the garden and glass roof for easy cleaning you`d be mad to not make the most of it. All the added benefits that you need with a large family can be also be found here with a utility room, downstairs WC and shower room with separate WC as well as the family bathroom.

Upstairs there are five bedrooms, four doubles, so no arguments over who gets the biggest bedroom, and one single which would make a great office space for the days you need to work from home. With ornate coving, feature fireplaces, picture rails and sash windows the property retains many of it`s original features alongside some of the more quirky ones like the built-in wardrobes to the master bedroom that hide an amazing world of storage with hanging space, shelves, book shelves, extra mirrors that slide out, a trouser press and every girls dream a shoe rack!

Outside the rear garden is approx. 275` in length and conjures up images of the 1910 novel The Secret Garden! With the adults taking advantage of the "sun trap" patio area the children can walk through the wisteria covered arbour and explore the large lawned area with plenty of room for a swing or a trampoline, the secluded vegetable patch with the remains of the coal bunkers and enjoy the excitement of the air raid shelter! And just like the house there is no shortage of storage out here with a shed, the air raid shelter and the garage.

The location really is second to none being just a 6 minute walk from the main line train station and if you use the fast service to St Pancras you can be in London in an amazing 22 minutes! A 6 mintue drive to Ebbsfleet International Station could have you on the Continent and sipping a Latte in just a few hours.

If you need to drive to work then the A2 and M25 are just a few minutes drive and there is plenty of parking at the property with driveways to both the front and rear of the property. Within the catchment area for Cecil Road and Wrotham Road primary schools and four secondary schools, two of which are the ever elusive grammar schools.
