This is a excellent family home for sale in the ever popular first avenue.

The garden is a fantastic size and something that suited us as it is not overlooked and backs onto the golf course.

We also built up into the loft to give a 4th bedroom and a office with built in dormer. There is storage space in the eves.

The neighbours are great, and the road is part of the neighbourhood watch scheme.
