I could go on about how you can sit and relax in the rear garden sipping cocktails & watching the sunset. But I am not going to give you that cheesy wording, instead what I will tell you is that this unique property was lovingly built by my father, carefully designed to maximise space & to accommodate my grandparents in their later years, giving them ample space to move around. The kitchen is big enough to incorporate a dining area.

The living room is large & more than ample to cater for visitors and has a wonderful, homely feel with a fireplace built in order that it could easily be replaced with a wood burner.

A lovely new bathroom was installed less than 3 years ago with a very large walk-in shower.  The front & rear garden is fully established with colour almost the whole year through. It is surprisingly low maintenance as it is but also has plenty of scope for remodelling.

Yes, the property does need a little TLC but it has bags of potential with a very large loft space & the possibility of converting the garage to an additional room STPP. In short plenty of scope to put your own identity into it & make it your own home.

My grandparents both loved this property and cared for it throughout their time living there & you could have the chance of loving the property as much as they did.  Must be viewed!
