"If you commute by train to London then this could be a perfect first home for you, as the station is less than 1/4 of a mile away, as is the High Street with a good range of shops and sports centre.

If your budget is tight, then this cosy house would be ideal as it offers double glazing, gas central heating, modern kitchen and bathroom and is well decorated, meaning there should be little need for any further major expense. The modern kitchen comes with a fitted oven, hob and cooker again saving on any further expense.

In a Victorian house of this style you would be surprised at the size as the two main bedrooms are both doubles and there are two separate reception rooms downstairs. This would be a great first time purchase as you could move straight in and start enjoying your new home immediately. It would also be ideal for the buy-to-let investor as it's location should make it a very lettable home.

What the Owner says:

This has been our home for 10 years and we have enjoyed creating a warm, comfortable environment for us to live in.

We have made several improvements including re-fitting the kitchen where we feel we have utilised the space well, re-fitting the bathroom and re-decorating throughout.

Its location has been great as the station is right on our door step, yet we have found the road to be very quiet as it is not used as a cut through.

We shall be sad to leave but feel confident the next owner will enjoy it as much as we have.
