"THE PROPERTY: We cannot stress enough that this, in our opinion, spacious and extremely well presented detached bungalow must be viewed internally to be fully appreciated. It provides, in our opinion, good sized accommodation including hallway, bathroom with modern suite, three bedrooms, 14ft lounge, 15ft modern kitchen/diner and also benefits from gas central heating via radiators, double glazing and integral garage. Being on a flat plot the bungalow would ideally suit the older buyer looking for a low maintenance and easy to maintain property, however it would be equally desirable, in our opinion, to a family. The property is situated within 2 miles of Gillingham town centre with its comprehensive range of shopping facilities and main line railway station and approximately ½ a mile from the River Medway. We recommend you make this top of your viewing list to avoid possible disappoint and for the property to be fully appreciated.
