"If your search for a modern, realistically priced apartment is proving tough, then look no further. As on viewing this property you will find it, in our opinion, to be light, airy and well presented, providing a pleasant living environment.

The 19ft lounge/diner offers far larger living space than most other apartments in the price range as it is large enough to provide a dining and lounge area and with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and en-suite shower room would even suit the small family and makes it ideal for guests.

Being on the ground floor this would also suit the mature buyer, who are finding bungalows out of their reach. The double glazing, gas central heating and good decorative condition makes this a ready to move into apartment.

The communal gardens give the benefit of outside space without the need to maintain them yourselves.

There is also the additional benefit of allocated parking and visitors parking is also provided. Although situated in a quiet position it is still within 1 1/2 miles from Gillingham Town centre and main line railway station making it ideal for the commuter.

We feel this apartment offers numerous benefits and should be viewed without delay.

What the Owner says:

When we moved here 2 1/2 years ago we were ideally looking for a bungalow, but found them to be out of our reach. Although we felt as though we were making a compromise buying this apartment, it has proved to be ideal. It was ready to move into and therefore we haven't had to make any further improvements. The parking was ideal for us and we have found it to be very low maintenance. We have found it to be a very quiet and peaceful area to live, but have also found it to be convenient as the High Street and Station are walkable and the Medway Tunnel only a short drive away. We feel our apartment is ideal for an older couple like ourselves or a first time buyer.
