"4 storey semi detached house currently used as 2 maisonettes with potential to convert back to a 4 bedroom house.

DETAILS INTRODUCTION
This is a delightful semi detached four storey house with accommodation laid out between basement and second floor level. The present owner uses the top two floors as a maisonette with separate kitchen and bathroom and the lower two storeys are let out to a tenant also with separate kitchen and bathroom facilities. Neither maisonette is self contained as both share the Ground Floor Entrance Hallway but they have separate utility bills for electricity and gas (gas to the lower maisonette only). Water and Sewerage Rates for the whole house go to the Upper Maisonette. In the agents oppinion the useage could easily revert to one large family house with the simple removal of the second kitchen (at first floor level) which would convert back into a bedroom which would leave a four bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.
