Bus stops are located just outside the property making it easy to get into Folkestone and Hythe. Folkestone has 2 train stations allowing you to be in London in less that an hour using the fast train.

The property is under a 10 minute drive from the M20, and the channel tunnel should you wish to escape to Europe.
