"If you know anything about Sandgate then you'll immediately understand how great the location is. There's rolling hills and beautiful countryside in one direction and the ocean in the other. There are a variety of restaurants, bars and quirky shops along with water sports clubs. This area truly has uniqueness about it. A coastal village community with the lifestyle that comes with it. This is without compromising the convenience and the buzz of the town as Folkestone is just up the hill. From the town a train into London can take less than 1hour. Homes in Sandgate with off road parking are seldom found and often sought after. Here a driveway gives you plenty of room to get two, perhaps three cars off of the road. Inside the house you’ll find a typical 1930’s layout. There’s a lounge that’s filled with natural light through a large bay window and a separate dining room beyond. The kitchen is pleasantly proportioned and gives you lots of work surface space to prepare meals. Upstairs both the bedrooms are double rooms and the house has the added advantage of having the bathroom upstairs.

Agents Note: Please be aware that prior to viewing the house buyers are advised to speak to the agents regarding some works that many would see as important to undertake.
