"Well they say ” location, location” and in this case it really does apply! Arrive home to enjoy the weekend and choose between a night out in Folkestone or Sandgate. Set away from the hustle & bustle but within a stone's throw of lots to do.
Maybe you fancy taking a Sunday stroll along the beach to blow away the stresses of the week. In the summer upon your return from a great day out, or a walk back from a nice evening at one of the local seafront bars or restaurants you’ll love to make this your home.
No two bedroom home compromises here! “ Have your cake and eat it”! Your garden leads from the lounge so if you have a child you are safe in the knowledge you can watch them play in the garden from here or the kitchen window. Great for BBQ’s - no going down steps to the garden as is normal with 3 floors and you get the space - the downstairs room which can be used as a play room or great office or alternatively an extra space for the guests who won’t go home to stay.
Nearby you also have local shops and schools, a bus route and fast trains to London taking about 1 hour. In the other direction Dover with ferries to France and M20 motorway access is just up the road.

We have never lived here, but our tenants who have now moved on absolutely loved it! So we are offering the home with no onward chain.
The reason we bought it was potentially for family to grow up and move into, but everyone is settled now so we don’t have a need.
Having chosen this property over many considered, it was simply the space, the location and a decent garden and garage that sold it to us. We thought it would appeal to all, and have no doubt it will sell quickly the reason for this is the new builds of the same style just up the road sold before they were built – it is a great location!
