"This distinctive bay fronted semi detached house is situated at the end of Wellington Place, a private tarmaced road, and adjoining the attractive "Brewers Hill", a wide stepped pedestrian path which leads directly down to the Esplanade. The High Street is only a short walk/drive away whilst Hythe & Folkestone are 2 and 4 miles respectively.
