"This three bedroom home is found on a small private road. It offers you the opportunity to live somewhere peaceful that's still convenient. There's a host of shops down the road and the town is only a short drive away. From the town centre a train to London takes less than 1 hour. This home is also a short drive away from the M20 motorway.

Open countryside and the beautiful rolling hills of the Kent downs are not too far away as is the seafront. Both are perfect for an afternoon stroll.

As you explore the ground floor of this home you will notice how light and airy it feels. The lounge and dining room have been knocked through emphasising a feeling of space.

Two of the bedrooms are a good size and the third bedroom would be considered a fair size and there's a really handy upstairs WC saving you a trip downstairs in the middle of the night!

This would be a great home for a young family or a first time buyer and it even has investment potential so why not give us a call to arrange a viewing?

What the Owner says:

I've enjoyed living here over the last 8 years. This was the second property I bought and at that time it was the best one I saw. It's a nice spot here. There are no noisy neighbours or noisy traffic and the shops are nearby. I can even walk into town in 15 to 20 minutes so it's a convenient place to live.

Over the years I've done a few things to it such as new flooring upstairs and down. I also had double glazing fitted.

I now feel I don't need all the space and it's time to move to a smaller house.
