"Many modern homes suffer with gardens that are overlooked by surrounding properties. When you step into the back garden here, you'll see this is one of those rare exceptions.

You can relax in the sunshine reading a good book or entertain friends and family with food and drink and still have the all important sense of privacy.

Inside the accommodation is laid out in a way best suited to today's lifestyle. The kitchen is large enough for a table and chairs and the utility room off the side of the kitchen is a handy addition. On the other side of the kitchen you'll find a separate dining room. French doors lead off here into the lounge offering you the chance to open out the downstairs space when needed yet still have the separate spaces.

Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, another rareity in a modern home. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room as well.

Found in the village of Hawkinge this home has the school, local shops & open countryside just a stroll away. Regular bus services are on hand to get to Folkestone, Canterbury and a popular pub/restaurant is just round the corner.

What the Owner says:

I bought this house new and fell for it because of the large bedrooms.

The garden is south facing and I often sit out here in the summertime enjoying a nice cold drink.

All the neighbours are friendly and there is a real community spirit in this Close. If I ever need anything one of the neighbour's is always there but we're not in each other's pockets.
