"How deceiving can a property be? It’s an over used expression – but in some cases completely true. From the outset this is a home that looks quite small from the outside. If we told you that the reason the current owners are looking to move is because it’s too big for them you may be surprised.. but when you step inside things start to make more sense.
This is a 3 bedroom home which is very much split into two areas – bedrooms and bathroom to one side and lounge, dining room and kitchen to the other. The lounge and dining space has an open plan feel to it, although there is a central fireplace that creates a slight partition in the room. If it was your preference the vendor believes there is plenty of scope to remove this making the whole room much larger and allowing more light to flow in from the rear.
The kitchen is part of a side extension, adding yet more space. It’s all been designed to work around a central range cooker and there is ample work surface and cupboard space for any budding chefs.
The bedroom area is on the other side of the bungalow with two double bedrooms and a single room. The master bedroom is an excellent size with lots of built in storage and the second bedroom benefits from French doors which open onto a patio and the rear garden.
The rear garden is designed for easy maintenance, paved and tiered on two levels with access through to the garage and driveway.

What the Owner says:

We love it here. We love the location, Hawkinge has got everything we need and life here is easy because whatever you could want is on your doorstep.

We wouldn't be moving but to be honest it's become too big for us. We needed the space when the grandchildren used to stay every week - but they grow up and now we have lots of space with no-one using it.

We're sure that whoever lives here will love it as much as we do, it's a happy home full of memories.
