"Space comes at a premium, we all know that. Well, with 4 bedrooms, an extended kitchen, a bright and inviting open plan living dining room and a large garden there’ll be plenty of room for you to entertain all your friends and family when they come over to have a peak at your new home.

A good location can cost a pretty penny too. Up the road in one direction you’ll find the rolling hills of the Kent Downs – the perfect place to walk the dog or to take a Sunday afternoon stroll so the children can burn off excess energy and take in some fresh air.

In the other direction is the town centre, the beach, the harbour….the list goes on. You’ve even got the M20 motorway nearby and the fast link train to London – it takes just 1 hour!

So with all that’s been said, it’s easy to think that something like this will break the bank. The most refreshing thing is that you’ll struggle to find as much space in any home in this area in this price bracket. It’s big enough to fit most families, yet ideal for families to grow into as well. That alone has to merit a quick look, doesn't it?

'Going back to when I was looking to buy a home, space and location were very important factors. I was looking at my kids going to The Academy which is conveniently nearby. Viewing this house I was impressed with the space and I could immediately picture my kids running up and down the stairs – it just felt like home. The lounge is so bright with the large window at the front – this is quite possibly the bit I’ll miss the most. I hope the new owners will enjoy it as much as I have.'
