"If 3 bedrooms are your pre-requisite of your search along with double glazing and gas central heating with radiators in every room except the conservatory and you fancy being able to walk along and have a meal or a drink in a restaurant overlooking the sea front and harbour then you’ll be delighted at what else this home has to offer.

Our clients have opened up the downstairs living areas giving a nice modern open plan feel and an extremely sociable home to entertain guests or converse with the family. They have upgraded the kitchen and bathroom along with the addition of a double glazed conservatory which leads nicely off the dining area.

With no houses overlooking you from the rear or the front it doesn’t feel cramped in like some properties do.
If you have children then the downstairs cloakroom is definitely an added bonus, and without a doubt you can imagine many a meal being cooked in the open plan kitchen diner with the children talking or doing homework.

Folkestone town is approximately 2 miles from the property. There is a local bus route to the centre that also has fast train links to London taking approximately 1 hour and in the other direction, M20 motorway access with links to London and Dover if you fancy popping to France for the evening.

We promised the children they could have a safe garden to play in and a dog so this was the main reason we bought this house.

There is a playing field to the back so we can keep an eye on the children if they are playing out there from the upstairs window. Great for calling them in for tea.

The other reason we chose this area of Folkestone was the fact we could cut through to the seafront and so could the kids with no main roads to cross. We still want to stay in this area but caring for family members is the reason for the sale.
