"A large well kept and maintained family home with a large garden to the rear which attracts the sun all day and evening and offers views across Folkestone towards the sea.
To the ground floor the property features a good size lounge measuring almost 18ft in length with patio doors leading onto the garden. There is a separate dining room which then leads onto the Kitchen which was fitted within the last four years. On the first floor you will find two double bedrooms, family bathroom and separate W/C.

Overall a fantastic home where subject to taste you could move straight in. The current owners have maintained the home since moving in and have upgraded the boiler (fitted November 2011) fitted a new kitchen and bathroom, new electric consumer unit, fitted electric smoke alarms and decorated throughout.
