A modern spacious family home that is only a short walk to the town centre and train station. You will be surprised at how the spacious accommodation flows over three floors. The ground floor offers a welcoming entrance, leading to a versatile room ideal as a fourth bedroom, an office or playroom, there is also cloakroom/wc. The open plan kitchen has plenty of workspace and storage with a lovely dining area for entertaining. Open the french doors and bring the outside in on those warm summer days that overlooks the pretty garden with decked seating area. The lounge is on the first floor and has two windows flooding the room with natural light, a bathroom and double bedroom. The second floor has two further double bedrooms, the master with en-suite facilities. To the rear is a garage and parking space. A copy of the EPC will be available on request. EPC grade B.

Location

As a medieval market town, Faversham offers historic buildings such as the Guild Hall in the town centre as well as local shopping facilities with a local market held three times a week. It is also situated near to the creek, where you will find access to the Saxon Shore Walk.
