"This is a spacious family home with accommodation arranged over four floors. The top floor has its own kitchen, bedroom, lounge/bedroom 4 and shower room so offering independence for teenagers.

On the next floor down, there are two double bedrooms, one with a dressing room and a lovely bathroom with a freestanding slipper bath in which to have those long soaks.

Down another floor, there is a lounge with sash windows to front and open fireplace, a dining room, again with open fireplace and a cloakroom.

On the lower ground floor, there is a good size kitchen with hand made units leading onto a family room with doors opening up into the garden, plus there is a utility room.

The current owners have kept many original features such as the open fireplaces, sash windows and stripped wooden floors. They have replaced the kitchen to be within keeping with the age of the property, the bathroom, the cloakroom and, in the master bedroom, have incorporated a dressing area.

Location is great. Access to the town centre, bus routes and mainline railway station are all close by and main road links.

The rear garden is of a good size and perfect for that summer barbeque.

What the Owner says:

We moved here some 19 years ago when had a young, growing family. This is a great place for a family to grow. The children can be on the other floors playing their music and entertaining their friends whilst you can entertain yours on a different level. Having a good size garden has also proved to be very useful over the years for family barbeques.

We have made the top of the property into a self contained unit which has been great for our son to use and would be fantastic for any teenage child.

Come and view our home, you will not be disappointed.
