Wow, occupying a formidable 1900 plus square feet this four bedroom semi detached bungalow is impressive. Set back from the road a large driveway leads up to your front door. You will also notice the large custom built garage with electric shutters ,which widens out from the entrance and would be any car enthusiasts dream.

Once inside you will appreciate the space on offer here, currently used as four bedrooms and two reception rooms. You could however use the rooms however best fits your personal circumstances.

We have lived here for the last 15 yrs,seeing alot of changes in Erith . With plenty of space this bungalow is very versatile. The conservatory is a great place to be in the summer and we often have our evening meal out there or on the patio.
We are gardeners and have made alot of changes since we moved in.
