What the Owner says:

This house has been in our family for the past 34 years and it holds many happy memories for us, not least playing in the rear garden and in the nearby fields. We all attended local schools, which were within walking distance, and offered our parents the peace of mind of not having to travel far. The town and railway station are also within walking distance from the house.

The property has been modernised throughout and would offer any family the opportunity to live as happily as we did.
