"If you ever wanted to spend time doing the finer things in life and not being bogged down with doing DIY then this 3 bedroom home is the place for you.

From first glance this house has instant kerb appeal with its gorgeous Georgian style windows and well attended garden and the rest of the house certainly doesn't disappoint.

The home is well presented throughout but still gives any new purchaser a blank canvass in which to add their own furniture and accessories to fill the fantastic size lounge where can enjoy this vast amount of space to entertain your family and friends. There are patio doors to the rear, which opens onto the lovely garden, so you can sit out on the decking and enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the children playing on the lawn.

The decor is modern and fresh and with a modern fitted kitchen anyone will enjoy creating many fine meals whilst socialising with their friends and family.

Mr & Mrs Bedford have lived here, with their family, for the last 10 yeas and found the house to be perfect for them with plenty of storage. The dining room is doubling up as a children's play room, meaning that the lounge can still be a haven for adults, whilst keeping the toys away.

What the Owner says:

We had originally discounted this house and the area but after looking at lots of properties we decided to view it and thought it had great potential and was value for the money. The house was perfect as it had retained some of its period features and also had a large garden and lots of storage. We were also amazed at how quiet the area was.

We have raised our family here and there has been plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It was also great that River school was also in the catchment area.

We eat all our meals in the garden when the weather permits and use the BBQ more than we do the oven.
