It is located in Wilmington, an area which continues to be one of the most sought after places to live locally. There are a number of key reasons for this. Firstly the convenience factor. You can access the motorway network really quickly or make use of the stations at Dartford, Bexley or Crayford. Next the schooling is also a huge draw as there is a selection of top performing schools right on the doorstep.
