"If you could find your perfect house it would probably have to satisfy a large number of criteria….. Top of that list could be the location, next could be the size, look or even feel of the house, and what about parking? or even the garden? is it big enough, does it get the sunshine in the morning or the afternoon? etc etc.

Now, most of the time you will probably have to compromise and just accept getting some of what you want. The good news with this house is that it really does tick all of these boxes. First, lets look at the location, it is in a pretty tree lined street within the most sought after part of town (in fact it is considered to be in one of the best roads in West Dartford).

The local amenities are superb, there are award winning Primary Schools and Grammar Schools nearby and if you need to commute you can choose between 2 train stations (Dartford & Crayford) or be on the motorway in approx 5 minutes. Plus there are numerous handy shops including a Tesco Express (which has a garage forecourt), a Harvester Restaurant and a few other pubs to choose from.

There is ample parking at the front plus a detached garage for those who prefer to keep their pride and joy safe from the elements.

What the Owner says:

We liked this house for a number of reasons when we chose to buy it. We have also made a number of improvements ourselves in the time we have lived here. One of the things that jumped at us about this particular house is that it was actually built to be a 4 bedroom house. Most houses in this area were built as 3 beds and have been extended. We liked the layout and found it had really big rooms throughout, especially the master bedroom. We also loved the garden and felt we would never be short of parking. We have recently replaced the kitchen and the boiler and feel that we have always maintained the house so the new owners can buy with confidence.
