The bathroom is fitted with a white suite. Scope now exists for updating and further extension and alteration subject to obtaining all relevant planning consents. Outside the front and rear gardens complement the accommodation well, laid to lawn. The rear garden including pergola, paved seating area and flower beds. A twin concrete track driveway leads up to a detached single garage 6.25m x 2.35m.
