"This property has got such a lovely homely atmosphere, something you can't appreciate from the photos. It is situated in a quiet cul de sac location and is in walking distance to the local school situated on Dargets Road.

It is also a short walk to the Walderslade village as well as being on a bus route. An ideal home for a family with young children.

There is a conservatory added to the back to give further living space and from the porch you enter into the dining area which is also a good sized sociable space.

The property has been excellently maintained with stunning solid oak flooring throughout the lounge area which oozes quality. There is also an Italian marbled floor in the conservatory.

I really do feel that this is a property you could move straight into with no extra expense needed.

What the Owner says:

Originally we were looking in the Maidstone area but realised how close Lordswood was to Maidstone and that it was also a cheaper area. We were so lucky to stumble upon this home being situated in a really quiet cul de sac.
It was the location and the size of the lounge that first drew us to the property and the fact that there is plenty of parking, we can easily get 3 cars off road.
The property also had a nice homely feel to it which we hope we've retained.
The conservatory we added 3 years ago and we decked the rear garden and made it more secluded.
The bathroom we've literally just finished and we've revamped the kitchen, adding new work tops, cooker, cooker hood and sink in 2009.
