"Completely refurbished throughout, this three bedroom home is situated on a non estate location in Robin Hood Lane close to the village centre. This particular property has a lovely feel about it with high ceilings, good size rooms and a general feeling of open space. I don’t feel the pictures on this particular property do it justice, this really is a property you need to get a feel for.
There is a garage and drive to the property with steps up to the entrance being in an elevated position and there is hard wood oak flooring throughout the downstairs of the property. This house has a conservatory to the rear giving further living accommodation, also a utility room where the boiler is housed which is approximately 7 years old. The w.c. is separate to the bathroom, ideal for families with children and has a good size rear garden with two terraced areas, paved patio area and a sunny aspect.
This family home is ideally located on the bus route and also has easy access to the motorway links.

What the Owner says:

When we bought this property approximately 8 years ago this particular property drew our attention compared to others due to the size that was available. We have 6 people in our family and were looking for something with good size rooms and a nice area and good for schools etc. Since purchasing this property we have completely refurbished it throughout including rewiring and re-plastering. We had a new central heating system installed and the kitchen extended. Everything in this property has been replaced during that time and the property has been an ideal family home.
