"A popular location and it's a 'Hillreed' build. Unusual for terrace houses this comes with two double bedrooms.
The location is one of great pleasure, surrounded by trees providing a tranquil feel so peace and quiet is in abundance, the chances are you'll only be disturbed by the birds.
You will appreciate the kerb appeal this property has to offer especially on your approach, set back from the road with flowers greeting you as you walk to the front door and straight away starting to feel like home.
There is an entrance porch, handy for coats and shoes and also means you don't walk straight into the main lounge itself.
Although being deceptive from the front it offers more than enough space for the sofas and back in the kitchen/diner there is enough space for a small table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy dinner whilst looking out straight onto a mature garden, quite a social area especially when you have friends around.
The decor is immaculate throughout so if you don't like d.i.y. then this is ideal especially first time buyers as you won't have to worry about any immediate repairs and can spend more of your money on appliances and gadgets.
The garden complements the property nicely, mainly laid to lawn and not overlooked, very easy to maintain.
There is also allocated parking for two cars so if you both drive there should be no problems in parking.

Location was key for me, I was only interested in this area when I was looking simply because it was ideal for my life style.
I needed good motorway access for work and I could get there in no time and if I had any problems with the car then the Kingsferry commuter coach stop is within walking distance and gets me to London in luxury.
The house felt right as soon as I walked through the door, really homely and the bedrooms are a really good size. I also liked the kitchen/diner looking out onto the garden.
Living in this quiet cul-de-sac made me feel content. I love my garden, because even in summer, if I get in late I can sit out and enjoy some lovely evening sun and the icing on the cake was two parking spaces.
