"The feeling of a happy home with a warm atmosphere. A family home situated within the centre of Walderslade with everything you need on your doorstep. The light, bright hallway greets you and invites you into the cosy lounge, a real snuggle up room.
A pleasant picture hits you as you step into the sociable kitchen/diner with its white high gloss modern units that were replaced approximately two years ago, a stainless steel double oven and hob, integrated washing machine and fridge/freezer. The double French style doors open onto the garden letting the fresh air flood in.
Upstairs are two double and one very good size single bedroom, the master has two double wardrobes, drawers and a matching side unit that can remain.
There is a modern white bathroom suite and in there is a cupboard housing a boiler which was replaced in May 2011.
The large flat rear garden is such a good size and you get the sun here all day and it has been extremely well maintained with a wealth of plants, mature shrubs and for organic lovers, a vegetable patch at the bottom of the garden. The shed has power and light and a vent for a tumble dryer.
The current owner has constantly updated and maintained this property, there is literally nothing for you to do apart from putting your own stamp on it.

What the Owner says:

This has been my family home for the last 45 years. It was my husband's parents' house before us and they were given it as a wedding present by their parents who built the property in 1935 so it's always been in the family.
It's been an extremely happy home all this time and I've truly loved it here, it's cosy and reasonable to run, plus everything is around you, the bus to Bluewater and Hempstead Valley including Maidstone, the schools and supermarket are walking distance plus it's close to the motorways but not directly on them.
It'll be sad to leave the house but equally I'm excited about moving to Devon to live close to my sons. I will leave this house however, with no chain for ease.
