It's tough starting out which is why this house would be great for you as all the expensive jobs are done and you can save money on appliances too as this modern kitchen has a built in fridge/freezer and stainless steel oven and hob.

The lounge is a good size with inset spotlights and double glazed French style doors opening onto the garden, perfect for the summertime and those hot sticky evenings where you can swing the doors open and let the air flow through.

We bought the property six years ago as our first home and it's been perfect for us. We've loved the fact it was situated away from the road and in a quiet cul de sac and the green out the front made it safe for children.

We are also very central here within walking distance to Morrisons and close to the motorways for work.

It's been an ideal place to live as a couple and very economical to run and now we are looking for a larger family home as our next step.
