Located in a quiet cul de sac in a modern development, this four bedroom detached family home has got real presence and with only local traffic, makes it a much more child friendly environment.

On entering, there is a real homely feel and this flows as you wander around.

The decent sized lounge has more than enough space for your three piece suite and the dining room is big enough to accommodate the family and friends for social evenings.

The conservatory, accessed from the dining room, creates a more spacious living area, a nice place to relax and chill out as it also looks straight onto the garden.

This property has been maintained to a very good standard and with that in mind, no immediate updating is required.

The flat mature rear garden is mainly laid to lawn and safe for the kids, but more importantly, there is enough space for the trampolene and other modern day luxuries kids would like.

Parking in a Close can sometimes be extremely difficult but this property comes with a block paved drive offering further parking for several cars.

Location was an important part of our criteria when house hunting and this was ideal.
We needed somewhere with peace and quiet, away from main traffic and child friendly, this just ticked all the boxes.
Good motorway access was a necessity and the fact we could get there in approximately 10 minutes meant we were not on top of it but close enough to make that difference.
We feel quite central as Morrisons is down the road along with schools, parks and other family interests and we are also on a bus route.
We've made several changes over the time we've been here to maintain a good standard, block paving the drive and added the conservatory for extra space.
