"If you are a first time buyer or a young family you'll be pleased to see this house on the market because it's got so much to offer.
Firstly you can move straight in and there are no immediate repairs required which means there's more time to sit back and enjoy your lifestyle.
Secondly, the extension provides additional living space which is awesome.
It's open plan style living offers such a social environment and atmosphere and also allows the kids to get their toys out and have a play plus it is also fantastic when you have guests round.
The bedrooms are very good sizes so there shouldn't be an issue or too many arguments with the kids as to who should get the double room!
The garden offers ample space for the children to play as it's all flat and mainly laid to lawn and would be a very good place for a barbecue. There is also side access which makes gardening so much easier for green fingered people.
The location is good for schools and if you don't drive, you don't need to worry, you can just have a little stroll.

What the Owner says:

It was only my husband and I at the time when we moved here but it was always out intention to have a family so we wanted three bedrooms and this was the best one we viewed.
We were amazed by the size of the bedrooms and fell in love with the open plan living space and with the extension we thought we were getting a lot for our money. There is so much space for our son to run around and feel free to play in.
We have made changes to this property to suit such as re-fitting the bathroom, redecorating and such like. We've enjoyed living here and we are now just looking to move on up the ladder.
