This is a truly delightful Two Bedroom Semi Detached Bungalow that has very nice views from the rear of the property over Darland Banks. The location is also convenient for Hempstead, Walderslade and Chatham. Capstone Park is also at the bottom of the road and if required the local Grammer School is within easy walking distance. The present owner has recently refitted new carpets throughtout as well as re-painting all walls. The accommodation consists of a good size lounge, kitchen/dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms. The main bedroom is at the rear and has nice views to appreciate. The property has gas central heating, double glazed windows and there is a garage to the side. There are a number of steps leading to the front entrance and to the rear is a good size garden again with steps from the large patio area that lead out onto the nice expanse of lawn. One final thought if you were ever thinking of extending into the loft, subject to planning permission of course, this could be a way of increasing the overall size of the home.
