"Situated on the borders of Chatham, Walderslade and Darland is this two double bedroom dormer bungalow.

Entrance is via a double glazed entrance porch which leads into a spacious L shaped lounge/diner. From here there is a small lobby area with stairs to the first floor and a door leading to a modern style shower room. To the rear of the property is a fitted kitchen/breakfast room and double bedroom overlooking the beautifully maintained picturesque rear garden. Upstairs there is another double bedroom with views over Capstone park. From this room is a doorway leading into the eaves with plenty of storage space. Also on this floor is a study which used to be used as a third bedroom.

Externally there is a drive to the side with off road parking for 2-3 cars leading to a detached garage. There is also well maintained gardens to both the front and rear of the property.

My family have owned this property since new over 50 years ago and I can still remember my dad telling me stories of how he used to watch it being built from across the road. The property was originally a two bedroom bungalow and we have since put a dormer extension in to the roof to create another double bedroom and a further area that was my sisters bedroom. Downstairs we removed the wall between the lounge and the front bedroom to create a larger living space with dining area.

I think the best selling point would be the views over Capstone Park to the rear and the garden as my dad was a really keen gardener and lovingly looked after it.
