"A stunning example of one of the larger 2 bedroom properties situated in Lordswood. This property has been completely refurbished throughout offering modern living accommodation.
The current owner has replaced the double glazed windows with Georgian bars, the kitchen has a stainless steel double oven and hob with a stainless steel extractor. There is also an integrated fridge/freezer and washing machine, ideal for a first time buyer looking to save money on their appliances.
The lounge is situated to the rear of the property with double glazed French style doors leading out to the rear garden. Upstairs both bedrooms are doubles with built in wardrobes and the bathroom has been re fitted with a very nice modern decorative tile and shower.
The current owner has put a lot of effort into making this home modern, easy maintenance and easy to sell.
There is a garage situated en bloc for off road parking and this particular property is set away from a busy road away from passing traffic in a lovely quiet location.

What the Owner says:

As a first time buyer, I was looking for a property that needed a bit of work as I was looking to put my own stamp on it.
I lived in the area close by and was only looking in Lordswood having grown up here and with my parents living close by. This particular property came up and I snapped it up.
I've enjoyed refurbishing it and had double glazing and French style doors fitted in Summer 2009. The kitchen was replace 5 years ago and the boiler was replaced 2 years ago, had the bathroom refitted in 2009 and have completely redecorated throughout.
I love the Georgian bar French style doors to the rear as they let a lot of light into the room.
This property would suit a first time buyer.
