"As far as locations go it is clear to see that this house is located in one of the most desirable areas in Chatham. Speaking to the current owners they said that the main reason they decided to buy this house is because it is a new style property set in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to the train station, town centre and motorways. They went on to add that Port Rise is lovely and quiet with no through traffic and the only people who come here are visitors and residents.
The only room that needed modernisation when they brought the property was the bathroom, where a complete refurb was carried out and a walk-in shower installed. The garden has also recently undergone a makeover, creating a nice outside entertaining space.

The property is a very short walk to Chatham town centre and railway station, meaning you can be on a train to London as quickly as you can be in the shops of Chatham town centre. Rochester town centre and train station is also within walking distance. If you drive to and from work all major motorways can be easily accessed within minutes and there is no need to concern yourself with trying to find a parking space when you get home as this property has the benefit of two allocated parking spaces to the left hand side of the property providing you with easy direct access to the garden/kitchen.
Viewing is highly recommended so please call the office as soon as possible to arrange a viewing.

What the Owner says:

There were a number of things that attracted us to this house when we decided to buy it. The property is located in a cul-de-sac so it is relatively quiet and safe here. We also wanted secure parking so with two allocated parking spaces at the side of the property, this was ideal. We also have side access from the car park which means we do not need to bring the wheelie bin through the property to put it out.

For us to be near the train station and in a nice location was really important for us. We are only a short walk away from Chatham station which has direct links into London.
