"It's so pretty!! Designed and built by the popular 'Hillreed' Homes, these houses are always eye catching.

There are two very noticeable differences with this particular one though. One being the garage with the long driveway so you can always get parked in this quaint little close, plus the garage is a good space with power, light and extra space for storage. The other is the size of the South facing garden being larger than the average, plus a real sun trap.

This lovely garden will be a perfect place for any keen gardener to grow their plants or just to enjoy a glass of wine on a summers evening on the decking after a hard day at work. Here you can enjoy the local wildlife, one of the many benefits of living in the woods.

The 'Hillreed' build gives the property real character and there is a good size kitchen/diner with enough room for a small table for two to enjoy a romantic meal before curling up on the sofa of the cosy lounge.

There are two double bedrooms giving plenty of wardrobe space and fitted bathroom upstairs.

These properties have always been sought after so be quick!

What the Owner says:

This property has been perfect for a our first home. We feel we were really lucky as we love the outlook of the close and the space around us and the fact it's so quiet here.

We've really enjoyed the outside space with this proeprty, the garden is large compared to others in Walderslade Woods and the long driveway has meant parking is never a problem.

We have loved the area so much we are now looking for a family home nearby. We'll be sad to leave but it's onwards and upwards for us and are ready to hand over this lovely house to another lucky buyer.
